PHYSICAL APPEARANCE
and other minor notes

Age: 18.
D.O.B.: December 5, 1999 a.t.b. (2054~ A.D.)
Hair: Black, fine and straight.
Eyes: Violet.
Height: 5'10"~5'11".
Weight: Let's say 120 lbs. Wet. He's tall but he is made of sticks and glue.
Clothes: He'll typically be dressed impeccably and stylishly, in modern, semi-preppy clothes, with more frilly things for formal occasions.

He arrived in these. White slacks under knee-high white boots under a white robe folded across his chest under a bizarre white mantle under a little white hat. It's all ornamented in gold etching and red eye-gems and dangling green jewels. Very regal. Very grand. He only breaks this out on special occasions, and then Lelouch will be wearing just the robe getup: no cape, mantle, or hat.


General Description: Lelouch is a tall, willowy young man who gives off the impression of aristocracy, reinforced with his grand clothing. His expression is usually one of boredom and distance. But when engaged he's excellent at faking pleasant smiles and genial good-naturedness... he's just studying you with calculating disinterest behind that.


Minor Notes: If you ever catch him speaking without a communicator, Lelouch is probably speaking Britannian, which is English with possibly Gaelic overtones; it's his default and thought language. But he also speaks Japanese and French with near-native fluency and no accent, and Mandarin Chinese.


Network: Lelouch is listening to everything on the network that isn't privated or filtered away from him, so don't be surprised if he knows things about you. Yeah, he has nothing better to do, and he canonically keeps extensive notes on the people around him. Lelouch can and will hack the conversations of people he is interested in; I will usually ask you or use a comment announcing it. Lelouch's encrypted privacy filter is only hackable by those who are canonically awesomer at technology than he is. If you want to hack Lelouch always ask me.

ABILITIES
innate and otherwise

Intellectual: Something of a tactical wizard, Lelouch excels at intellectual pursuits such as chess and less intellectual pursuits such as waging guerilla warfare. Lelouch is a genius, and he believes any sacrifice is merited for a truly worthy goal -- even his own life -- which makes him a fearsome opponent on a battlefield where his wits can come into play. He's shrewd, ruthless, and extremely clever at establishing patterns. If he knows you, he can literally hold a conversation with you hours in advance and still anticipate exactly what you're going to say. He's also a hacker, a programmer, and an impressive chef!

Physical: Lelouch doesn't have any physical abilities. I mean. He can ride a horse and shoot a gun pretty well. And he can cut hair. But he has so little stamina he can be outrun by a girl in practically a hoop skirt in a matter of a minute, is so bad at surviving in the wilderness that the delicate princess he was trying to shelter had to hunt down food for them, and he doesn't seem to be able to move and hold a ball at the same time. Also he claims to have low blood pressure.

Lelouch has an ability called geass. To put it in its most simple form: if you can see Lelouch's eyes, he can give you an order that you are compelled to obey.

OOC: Lelouch will never geass a character without a good damn reason, since he's stuck with these people for the foreseeable future and may need to use it on them later. :D

And I, as a player, will never geass you without talking to you about it first. If you want a command for your own personal plots, then you can ask, of course! But I'm assuming that I'll be the one who's nagging people about a geass. Chances are that I'll never ask you to do a command that would really mess up your character (Lelouch doesn't normally force people to commit genocide ;_; ) but if you have any objections, we'll work it out, and I will never just use this ability on your character without your permission.
